Their customer service is outstanding and here is one example: I had engine problems while in SA Bay and called on a Saturday to get some trouble-shooting done; the water was rough and hearing an alarm is never a good thing on a boat especially in rough waters. Andy called me back and walked me through the alarm(oil sensor) and after transferring oil we were back in business. Outstanding fishing the remainder of the day.
